Who we are

  • Throwlikeagirl.co.uk is my website name, however, I trade as a sole trader under my own name, Hana Hybs.

We only collect information from and about you that we need to to supply the goods and services that we offer and to perform our business. This may include:

  • We use MailChimp to collect your name and email when you sign up to receive news and updates. This is is placed on our mailing list and only used to for email marketing in relation to the products and services that we offer and other information which we think may be of interest to you.
     
  • Your name and email and any other information you provide when you correspond with is via links on our site, by phone or otherwise. We may use these details to contact you with relevant information to your enquiry and any further correspondence.
     
  • Your name, email, shipping/billing address and telephone number are collected by a third party service, Squarespace, when you place an order with us. This information is used to process and fulfil an order placed with us or email marketing in relation to our products and services and services that we offer and other information which we think may be of interest to you.
     
  • When you visits throwlikeagirl.co.uk, we use Squarespace to collect standard details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to keep track of things like how many visits our site is attracting, where people came to the site from, how many times they have visited, and which pages they are looking at and for how long. This is valuable information which we can use to improve how the site works, and in turn make the experience better for you and others. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone, and we don't make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
     

  • We use MailChimp to deliver our email newsletter. Through them, we gather statistics around email opening and clicks to help us monitor and improve our communications with you and others.
     

  • We never collect or store any financial information or payment details like bank account or credit card details.

Processing and storing your personal information 

  • Our website is created using Squarespace. They are certified with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, which allows them to lawfully transfer and store EU and Swiss personal data to the US, including their US-based data centres. Any information that is collected through the site when you place an order with us, such as your name, email, shipping/billing address and telephone number, is processed and stored in accordance with these guidelines.   • We use a number of services including PayPal and Stripe, to process the payments made through our website. Protecting your personal information

We use suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect store about you, and to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, use, destruction or disclosure, alteration or unlawful use.

Retention of your personal information
